This site will allow you to order gas services. Benefits include:

Gas service orders can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Easy-to-use, step-by-step on-line order form walks you through order requirements.
Creates an order reference number that can be used to track the progress of the service installation.
Confirms that orders are complete with all required information.
Displays jobs submitted through the portal for each partner.

Important Notice:
Effective March 1st - Change in accessing NW Natural sites for conduit pick up.

NW Natural will no longer be keeping its Resource Center security gates open in the mornings and afternoons for contactors and visitors.
Contractors and visitors will need to request permission to enter our Resource Centers upon arrival to the facility through an intercom system at the security gate.

NW Natural is assisting with reconnecting Avista gas customers through a mutual aid agreement due to a pipeline emergency in Eastern Washington and Northern Central Idaho.
